Liability: If you need work that exceeds handyman scope, I’ll document the issue and provide a referral or coordinate with a licensed electrician to complete the job safely and lawfully.

Typical pricing structures: flat-rate for common jobs (outlet/switch install, fixture replacement), hourly for troubleshooting and atypical jobs.
Estimates: free on-site estimates for jobs over a nominal threshold; otherwise simple jobs quoted upfront.
Call-out fee: may apply for emergency or same-day service; fee often waived if you accept the estimate and proceed with work.
